A well moisturized prepped skin is a MUST when traveling on an airplane. Here are a couple of my go-to products for whenever I have to get onto a flight. Always remember to keep it simple!
Lets get started!
I use the Clean and Clear morning burst shine control face cleanser. It gets rid of any oils and dirt that might be sitting on the skin and gives way to a fresh-feeling happy face.
I prefer using a heavy moisturizer that will provide intense hydration to my skin throughout the flight journey. I like the Origins Make a Difference Plus+ moisturizer, but if it is a long haul flight, I tend to go for the Origins Drink Up Intensive overnight mask. This mask has a very fruity smell and works very well, making your skin look very well moisturized and happy! 🙂
It is always important to apply sunscreen even if you are on a flight it provides protection for your skin and also helps create a barrier for your skin against the harsh flight AC. I use the Hang Ten classic face spf 30 sunscreen. It is 95% natural and doesn’t leave a white residue on the skin.
It is always important to have this on hand so you can freshen up anytime during the flight duration if you aren’t feeling too fresh and clean. 😕 This can also be done before getting onto a flight. My favorite perfume is the Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream and the Dove go sleeveless beauty finish deodorant.
5. Lip balm and hand cream
Always remember to moisturize your hands and lips as they tend to show the first signs of dryness. My favorite hand cream is the Soap and Glory Hand Food cream. It has an amazing smell and provides the hydration needed for the hands. I like using the First Aid Beauty Lip therapy for my lips and this as well is an amazing product for the long flights. If I want to go for some color on my lips I go for the Maybelline Baby Lips Dr. Rescue lip balm in pink me up. It gives off a very light pink color and looks very natural.
For people who want to apply makeup, I recommend sticking to the basics, such as a tinted moisturizer and concealer. Don’t put on too much as it is really not necessary, unless you are on a short-haul flight and have to get to get somewhere quickly after that. I personally do not wear makeup on flights as I like to let my skin breathe and I honestly feel it is unnecessary. But as always this is ones preference. But as always, keep it simple.
A couple of products I recommend having during the flight are; lip balm, hand cream, sanitizer, wet cloths, toothbrush/toothpaste, and deodorant/perfume. I feel these are important to feel more fresh, especially on a long haul flight we tend to feel very unclean, so we can overcome that with these few products. 😃

Keep calm, drink lots of water and enjoy your flight journey!
